Read: Notification No. D.Tpt/EST/2115/2013/1708 dated 30-04-2013 published in the Official Gazette No. 5, Series II dated 2nd May, 2013. After Clause (vi), of the above mentioned Notification the following proviso shall be inserted:-“Provided that in lieu of Clause (ii) (v) and (vi) the claimant is in the list certified by Directorate of Mines and Geology as availing benefit under the “Mining Affected/Impacted Relief Scheme, 2013”.
