all the Sessions Judges, Additional Sessions Judges and Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judges, to preside over the Special Courts constituted under section 25 of the said Act, to exercise jurisdiction and power under the commissions for protection of child Right Act 2005, for the area comprising within the sessions division for which they are appointed under section 9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. - Legalspace
