In continuation to this office order No. F.8(2)/2016/Misc./Excise/Admn./5520-5526 dated 03.03.2017 and in exercise of the power conferred under section 8(2) of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, the undersigned is pleased to delegate his power to Sh. K.K. Mishra, Asstt. Commissioner (Permit) in repect of Revaildation/Extension of all Import Permit/Transport Permits also, as provided under Rules 18 of the Delhi Excise Rules,2010.
